ECONOMICAL CRISIS. CHANGE ECONOMIC PATTERN

ECONOMICAL CRISIS 2009. 

CHANGE ECONOMIC PATTERN.

Probably this economical crisis.

Would be the most hard economical crisis that the europeans have been lived before the EE.UU in 1929.

In this case. Could be differents attributes in my point of view.

The Economical Crisis is:

a) GLOBAL.
Injure all the contries around the World.
The future it is better for the BRIC (Brasilian, Rusian, Indi and China).
But as China it is the productor of the world. The future it is not so good.

b) VALUE CRISIS.
Many persons before astonished. Today have lost the admiration.
The economical pattern must be questioned

CHANGE ECONOMICAL MODEL. BROKEN PARADIGMA

1) TO HOLD UP ECOLOGICAL.
IT´s real not a fashion the ecological point of view. It is a fact.
We stay in the earth a close system a temporary way and we need to take care.

2) TO HOLD UP WORKERS.
Must be do a respect policy to the workers.
Must be help to the workers a looking for a new job.
It would be a responsability of the company.
Must not exist the manager with sociopatic skills. It is better a relationship win-win

3) TO HOLD UP GROWTH
The pattern company can´t be make in a grow without end.
The pattern must be a win win.

ALL THIS CHANGES make a new jobs. NOW NON EXIST´S

The importante in the new knowledege must be in
Musicians, ecological, antropology, sociology, psicology. This Knowledge will have much value than Economy.

It would be very important the skills, more than the knowledge.

It would be very important the quantity of knowledge.

It is not important the hyperespecialication.
